Complete Special Challenges

To get the Shaved Ice item, you need to complete the special challenge Make it Easier to Get Around! which you can get when you visit Palette Town.

For this challenge, you need to connect 5 of either elevator platforms or lift platforms on Palette Town.

To get the Shaved Ice, you can just lay a bunch of lift platforms around as long as they connect. These lift platforms are pretty useful especially when starting off rebuilding the Legendary Bird buildings.

You can pick up and move the lifts around as you see fit so no ned to worry about it being permanent.

Recipe Can Appear in the Pokemon Center Shop

Pokemon Pokopia - Eevee Item Recipe in Shop

The Recipe to Craft the Shaved Ice can appear in the PC Shop at the Pokemon Center. Once bought, you can craft the Shaved Ice at any Crafting Bench using 1 Pokemetal.

Chilly Shaved Ice is the signature Habitat of Glaceon. Keep in mind that while you can use any furniture for the seat and table, Glaceon will not appear anywhere outside of Pallette Town.

You can only get Glaceon in Pallette Town, but you can bring it to other areas after registering it to the Pokedex.
