You can pick up the Antique Dresser, Antique Chair, and Antique Closet once you restore the large building in Sparkling Skylands. After fixing the building, you will be able to find these items on the fourth floor.
Purchase Antique Bed Recipe in Palette Town
You can unlock the recipes for the Antique Bed in Palette Town's Pokemon Center PC after reaching Environment Level 5 in the area.
You can quickly raise your Environment Level by befriending new Pokemon and raising their comfort level.
