A Hanging Scroll can be found in the Dojo in Sparkling Skylands, with nearby Strength Rocks which can be easily turned into a Dojo Training Habitat.
If you wish to make a Hanging Scroll from scratch, you can instead craft it using 2 Paper, after you get its recipe.
Pick Up Strength Rocks Using Empowered Rock Smash
Strength Rocks can be broken and picked up using an Empowered Rock Smash, which is activated after eating a Vibrant Hamburger Steak.
