Complete Special Challenges

To get the Soda Float item, you need to complete the special challenge Different Kinds of Flowers in Bloom! which you can get when you visit Palette Town.

For this challenge, you need to plant 12 different kinds of flowers on Pallette Town.

To get the Soda Float, try to plant the two colors of Flowers from each area along with the four available in Sparkling Skylands! Then go to a Dream Island and try to check if they have different flowers for the 12.

Available for a limited time, you can also use the Event Dandelions that you can buy fom Hoppip's store as one of the flowers!

The Recipe to Craft the Soda Float can appear in the PC Shop at the Pokemon Center. Once bought, you can craft the Soda Float at any Crafting Bench using 1 Pokemetal.

Boundless Blue is the signature Habitat of Vaporeon. Keep in mind that while you can use any furniture for the seat and table, Vaporeon will not appear anywhere outside of Pallette Town.

You can only get Vaporeon in Pallette Town, but you can bring it to other areas after registering it to the Pokedex.
