How to Build Every Type of Habitat

To befriend Slowpoke, you need to progress the story of Pokemon Pokopia until you reach the Find Slowpoke request, which is the precursor to the Yawn Up a Storm questline.
In this request, Professor Tangrowth will propose that you find a Slowpoke and bring it next to the ruined Pokemon Center, where in you will all arrive at the idea of making it yawn to summon rain.

Since Slowpoke, as its name suggests, is a slow-moving Pokemon, it will need a clear, easy, and straightforward path to the Pokemon Center.
Therefore, you must construct wooden stairs and plant them in proper places to help Slowpoke elevate itself, as well as moisten the barren dirt roads or set up some tiles to make it easier for it to walk.

Because Slowpoke is part of the main story, it won't take long for it to appear after you set up a Seaside Tall Grass habitat.
Even before speaking with Profressor Tangrowth, you can set up a Seaside Tall Grass habitat, then return to it after the Professor brings up the idea!
