First Light Floating Spinefish Locations

There are six locations in First Light where Floating Spinefish can be harvested. We recommend gathering at points far from the region's settlement in order to avoid other players looking to farm resources.

Windsward Floating Spinefish Locations

There are five locations in Windsward where Floating Spinefish can be harvested. We recommend trying the areas near the fort as all the other locations are near quest hubs or hunting areas, making competition for resources high.

Brightwood Floating Spinefish Locations

You can harvest Floating Spinefish in four areas at Brightwood. We recommend unlocking the Alchemist Shrine to access the area southeast of the region's settlement.

Another alternate areas are the ones located in between Shields Hallows and Brackwater Village northwest of the fort.

Ebonscale Reach Floating Spinefish Locations

There are two general locations for farming Floating Spinefish in Ebonscale Reach. First is the general area bordered by the Water Shrine, Alligator Habitat, Fire Shrine and Air Shrine. Floating Spinefish here will usually spawn close to water sources and are very easy to farm due to low-level enemies.

Second would be the Imperial Palace elite area which is guarded by level 62 Corrupted enemies. Safe to say it is recommended that players farm the first general area unless you have a group of 5 to run the elite area.

Restless Shore Floating Spinefish Locations

You can find Floating Spinefish in six locations in Restless Shore. The safest areas are the northern area in between the Accursed Camp and Boarsholm, the area north of the region's fort, and the small island southeast of Fort Damnation.

Great Cleave Floating Spinefish Locations

There are only two locations in Great Cleave that have Floating Spinefish. There is one near the lake, right next to Cleave's Point Outpost. The other one can be located at the edge of a river to the south of Eastburn Outpost.

Edengrove Floating Spinefish Locations

There will be a lot of Floating Spinefish in Edengrove. Fast travel to the Gatherer's Road spirit shrine then head south all the way to Bladderwort and the underside of Panellus to gather all the nodes.
