Where to Find Squashes and How to Use

Squash is a Harvesting resource node that requires the Sickle to harvest. With the tool equipped, walk up to the resource node and press the E key to gather and add it to your inventory.

Cooking ingredient. Can be consumed, but only provides a very small amount of HP recovery. Ingredients are far more potent when cooked.

Squash Locations and How to Get

Squashes are farm plants that have wide green leaves with yellow flowers. Crouching or proning near one reveals a set of orange-yellow gourds underneath the plant.

They are usually found in abandoned farmlands and can also be purchased from the Trading Post. See the section below to learn all the Squash locations.

Monarch's Bluffs Squash Locations

There are five locations in Monarch's Bluffs where Squash can be harvested. Most of these are in Level 20+ areas that have aggressive enemies.

Windsward Squash Locations

Windsward has plenty of Squash that are found near the region's settlement. These areas also contain low-level enemies, making it easy to gather and harvest the farm plant.

Everfall Squash Locations

There are three locations in Everfall where Squash can be harvested, most of which are in the Shattered Obelisk landmark.

If your level is not high enough for the Shattered Obelisk, we recommend heading to the border of Windsward as the nearby location also has Squashes.

First Light Squash Locations

FIrst Light has five areas where you can find Squash. Most are found in low-level locations, making it accessible to most players.

We recommend the two areas, Hatchburg Fishery and Dayspring Mills, as they are close to the region's settlement and has low-level enemies.

Cutlass Keys Squash Locations

There are three areas in Cutlass Keys where Squash can be harvested. These are found west of the region's fort near the Spirit Shrine.

We recommend farming on this area if your Level is 25 and above as the area contains Level 30 leopards and boars.

How to Use Squashes

Restore Health

Squash is an Ingredient. You can consume this item on its own, although it will only provide a very small amount of health recovery.

Create Consumables

Squash can also be used as a crafting material to create consumable food items in the Kitchen. Crafting it along with another ingredient provides greater health restoration or even buffs.
