Wirefiber are the tall green plants that closely resemble the Hemp plants. Unlike the Hemp, these plants have a red flowers at their tips.
You can find these plants in a few grasslands and forests in the starting regions. See the section below to learn all the Wirefiber locations.

There are only three locations where Wirefibers can be harvested. We recommend heading over to other regions such as Windsward or Monarch's Bluff to obtain the plants in bulk.
You can find most of the Wirefibers near Windsward's fort. Avoid the two locations east of the fort near the Amrine Temple, as the area contains high-level enemies.
There are only three locations in Everfall that contain Wirefibers. We recommend heading over to the areas north of the settlement to obtain the plants or moving to Windsward or Monarch's Bluff.
The area southeast of the settlement contains high-level enemies and is only recommended if you are coming from Windsward as it is close to its border.
You can find most of the Wirefibers south of the region's settlement. If you have Azoth, you can fast travel to the Spirit Shrine near the area to minimize traveling time.
You can find plenty of Wirefibers to harvest southwest of the settlement near Angler's Doom and Taryville. These areas also contain no enemies, so can quickly pick up the resource nodes and move on to the next area.
There are only three locations in Restless Shore that contain Wirefibers. The safest area is the northern one near Fangsnap's Den and the Shrine of Sisyphos.
The other two areas require you to navigate through Fornax and Eridanus, two landmarks that contain Level 44-46 enemies.
There are plenty of locations in Ebonscale Reach that has Wirefiber. The area to the north of Stormcourt Shipment will have a lot of Wirefiber, but it will be patrolled by level 57 Lost and tiger enemies.
The area across the lake from Skysong Temple will be very peaceful, and is one of the recommended areas for farming Wirefiber, Ironwood, and Iron in peace. While farther, the lack of enemies will be worth it.
The only place you can find Wirefiber in Great Cleave is inside and around the Breakaway Fort to the northeast of Cleave's Point Outpost. Be cautious when gathering as the area is guarded by level 44+ Corrupted enemies.
Do note that there will only be 3 gatherable nodes as two of the plants will be clipped through the fort's terrain, making them impossible to harvest.
Edengrove will have a lot of Wirefiber nodes, especially in the northern areas. However, do note that the areas outside and to the north of Knot Rust will have a mixture of Blight Damage areas, high level Angry Earth enemies, and high level Corrupted enemies.
To easily access this abundant northern region, players can fast travel to the Gatherer's Road spirit shrine in Edengrove.
There are only 4 locations in Mourningdale that spawn Wirefiber. The easiest to farm are the two locations nearest to Mourningdale Town as they are unguarded and in the open. Subra and Marsic, on the other hand, will be patrolled by level 45-46 Ancient enemies.
