Timeless Shard Guide: How to Get and Uses

Timeless Shards are the new Crafting Components that arrived with Update 1.2 on December 16, 2021. This guide will show you how to use Timeless Shards, where to get them, and a list of all the Timeless Shards in the game. Read on to know more!

How to Use Timeless Shards

1	Once you have a Timeless Shard, head to its appropriate Crafting Station.
2	The Timeless Shard's title will indicate what type of item you can craft with it. Keep in mind you'll need to be Level 60 to use them and you can only craft items that require a 200 Skill Level, whether in Armoring or Weaponsmithing.
3	Pair the Shard with the Attribute Bonus you want to have using Craft Mods. For example, the Iron Battle Medal will give bonus Strength. You will need 10 Craft Mods of the same type to complete the recipe. This frees up your Special Resources Slot, giving you a chance to get your desired affix and perk in a single crafting attempt!

Where to Get Timeless Shards

Expeditions

Timeless Shards automatically drop from Bosses in Expeditions such as Amrine Excavation and Garden of Genesis. Timeless Shards can also be obtained from Elite Chests inside as well but this is not guaranteed.

List of Dungeons

Level 60+ Named Enemies and Chests

Location of Myrkgard in Shattered Mountain

Outside of Expeditions, Timeless Shards will drop from named Enemies in Level 60+ Regions and there's a chance they can be looted from elite chests in the same areas. A great place to try farming these would be in Myrkgard in the region of Shattered Mountain. There are several named enemies here along with chests you can loot.

Timeless Amulet Shard	This resource can be used at an outfitting station to craft an amulet with specific attribute.
Timeless Ring Shard	This resource can be used at an outfitting station to craft a ring with specific attribute.
Timeless Spear Shard	This resource can be used at a forge to craft a spear shield with specific attribute.
Timeless Tower Shield Shard	This resource can be used at a forge to craft a tower shield with specific attribute.
Timeless Kite Shield Shard	This resource can be used at a forge to craft a kite shield with specific attribute.
