First Light Earthshell Turtle Locations

There four locations in First Light where the Earthshell Turtle can be harvested. The northwestern locations are usually busy with questing players, while the southern location is very near a Spirit Shrine. With high player traffic, we recommend camping a single spot to maximize your chances of harvesting the Earthshell Turtle.

Monarch's Bluff Earthshell Turtle Locations

There are five locations in Monarch's Bluff where the Earthshell turtle can be harvested. If you are coming from outside the region, we recommend going for the eastern locations as they appear a bit farther from the roads and away from explorable ruins.

Ebonscale Reach Earthshell Turtle Locations

There are two general locations for farming Earthshell Turtles in Ebonscale Reach. First is the area around the Earth Temple, to the east of the main settlement. Earthshell Turtles will form a perimeter around the temple area making them easy to locate and harvest.

The second area is the lakeside of Skysong Crypt, all the way to the north of the region. While it has fewer Earthshell turtles, this level 57 area will have a lot more resources to farm alongside the turtles, making it ideal for higher level players on a large farming run.

Restless Shore Earthshell Turtle Locations

New World - Restless Shore Earthshell Turtle
You can find Earthshell Turtles in five locations at Restless Shore. The best areas are the area north of the region's fort, the area in between the Accursed Camp and Boarsholm, and the area northwest of Fangsnap's Den as these locations contain no enemies in proximity.

The other two locations are in Treetop Terror and near Fornax. These landmark contains enemies, requiring you to defeat them before harvesting the Earthshell Turtle.

Great Cleave Earthshell Turtle Locations

Great Cleave will only have 5 Earthshell Turtle spawns and all of them will appear to the south of the Eastburn Outpost. The Concretus Steps will have 3 to farm, but will be guarded by level 43+ Ancient enemies.

The single Earthshell Turtle spawn in the Gelida Pillars will also be similarly guarded. However, you can farm here if you also want to grab Earthcrags along the way.

Eden Grove Earthshell Turtle Locations

While there are a lot of Earthshell Turtles in Edengrove, they will mostly spawn in the dark, forested marshes underneath Malevolence and Seniab. Most enemies here are level 55-60, so make sure you are still cautious when farming.

Another thing to note is that sometimes, the tree trunks Earthshell Turtles spawn on will be partially buried. This affects visibility when trying to farm them quickly as the marshes themselves are already very dark.
