Server Queue time varies on the number of people attempting to log on to that specific server. A single day, one server may be great to play on but after a few while, it gets populated to cause Queue Time delay when playing.
Before creating a character, it is best to learn how to check which servers are the least populated. This will allow you to get a proper headstart into the game by being able to play with the least amount of lag and delays as much as possible.
You have a poor connection to this Region which may hinder your experience. For the best experience, choose a Region that is closer to your location.
One server may have low population count but be located in an area that's far from your current location. This may allow you to login easily, but the in-game delay will prevent you from having a smooth gameplay experience in the long run. Don't just choose a server because of low population!
As of October 1, Amazon has added a new update that shows a server's status if its full. It will be impossible to create a character on these servers so it is better to find lesser populated ones to play on. If you have other friends that hopped into the game late and they can't jump on your server, consider transferrig to their server instead!
