Build Playstyle

This build focuses on using your Ice Gauntlet as your main DPS with Life Staff as a support weapon while waiting for your spells to be off CD.

Damage with Ice Gauntlet and heal with Life Staff

Start off by using your Ice Gauntlet to hit your enemies from afar. When they're close, place your Ice Storm down on yourself. Use Heavy Attack to proc the Heavy Freeze perk if they're inside the AoE, rooting them to the ground. Once the AoE is over, use Ice Shower to cover your retreat, then hit them again from a safe distance. If your health is low, cast Sacred Ground and Orb of Protection on yourself. Use Entombed within Sacred Ground to protect yourself from attacks while regaining mana and health.

Stay in the back lines

When you're at a party, always position yourself in the backline. Cast Ice Storm and Ice Shower from where your tank is to help DPS. If a party member reaches low health, switch to your Life Staff and heal using Sacred Ground or Beacon. Constantly use Orb of Protection to grant your party members Fortifyj to help with incoming damage.

Build Playstyle

This build focuses on keeping your enemy from reaching you by utilizing both the Ice Gauntlet's Ice Shower and Fire Staff's Incinerate and Burn Out.

Swap between spells

To start, engage by using the Fire Staff's Fireball. Kite your enemy using your heavy attack to regain some mana back. Switch to your Ice Gauntlet and cast Ice Storm and Ice Shower to slow enemies down inside. Use your Heavy Attack to root your enemy, then switch to your Fire Staff and cast Fire Ball to damage. Cast Entombed while you're inside the Ice Storm to regain your mana back. After you recover your mana, you can cast Incinerate and Burn Out to escape or finish off your opponent.

Make sure to cast your spells inside the Ice Storm to fully utilize perks such as Refreshing Frost, Empowered Frost, and Defiant Freeze.

Build Playstyle

This build focuses on creating opportunities for you and your allies by inflicting Crowd Control status effects on your opponent.

Setup your team and yourself

During combat, initiate with your War Hammer. Your goal is to try and hit your opponent with Shockwave to stun them for your set-up. Once stunned, switch to your Ice Gauntlet and immediately cast Ice Shower to your opponent. Perform heavy attack to root, then cast Ice Storm under their feet. Since they're slow, you'll be able to easily hit them with a Clear Out to knock them back using your War Hammer. Since you've already created some distance between you and the opponent, perform a couple of light attacks to restore your mana using Empowered Frost and kite appropriately.

Alternatively, if their health is low, you can use Path of Destiny to finish them off, or if you're really in need of mana, cast Entombed to quickly restore it.
