All Bear Locations

This is a location guide to all the spawn points of Bears in New World! Read on to find all Bear locations, areas with the most spawn points, and all kinds of Bear drops!

Bear Basic Info

Bears are large creatures often found in mountain areas. They are highly durable and has an average speed. Since their habitats are often near forests, its recommended to not move too much when dueling one as you may take aggro from other wild animals in the area like wolves.

Where to Find Bears

Bears are often found in caves and mountains so it is suggested to look in areas with higher altitude to find these elusive beasts. They are often target for quests so check our location list below to easily find these bears!

Windsward

Windsward only contains a single bear spawn point directly south of the settlement.

Monarch's Bluff

If you're looking for the best place to find bears in the lower level areas, Monarch's Bluff is your best choice. If you're in the early stages of the game, level 10 bears can be found south from the settlement (south east from the beach camp). If you're fairyly leveled, a wider area for bears can be found further south from the first bear spawn point but the area contains mid-level bears (lv 25).

Everfall

Everfall has a single bear spawn locatino found near the eastern edges of the region. It is not suggested to farm bears in Everfall so if you have a bear hunting quest, heading to Monarch's Bluff is still the better option.

Great Cleave

The only Bear that can be found in Great Cleave is the Windblast Ursine, which can be found on the bridge in the Deep Cut area. It's stronger than the normal bear and is surrounded by several enemies, so be careful when trying to hunt it.

Shattered Mountain

The Bear in Shattered Mountain can be found in a cave to the west of the Mountainrise Outpost.

Brightwood

Bears in Brightwood are most commonly found in the northeastern edges of the region, in Greyvale. They're fairly close together which should provide for an easier time hunting them.

Ebonscale Reach

Ebonscale Reach Bears are mainly found in the mountainous area of Serenity Rise. You'll have to be careful hunting here, however, since various enemies will be roaming around. Daisy the Dancing Bear, a giant one, can also be found in this region, to the west of Serenity Rise.

Mourningdale

Bear clusters in Mourningdale are fairly close together, though it takes a bit of a journey to reach them from the region's Settlement. Focus on hunting in the areas between Stormglade and Rahia Del Ojo Rojo to have the best chance of hunting them.

Reekwater

While there are two bears in the northern parts of Reekwater, it's much better to just concentrate on hunting in the Shallowed Time area since they're more abundant here.

Weaver's Fen

When hunting for Bears in Weaver's Fen, it's best to first venture to the cluster in Fay's Sorrow, which is the northwestern cluster, since they're more common here. After hunting in this area, you can easily travel a straight path to the remaining cluster.
