Bush is a Miscellaneous resource node that does not require any tool to harvest. Simply walk up to the resource node and press the E key to gather and add it to your Inventory.

On Forests and Grasslands

New World - Bushes Resource Node

Bushes can be found all around the forests and grasslands in the land of Aeternum. You can use your Map to find groups of these in the green colored areas.

Green Wood is a raw material that can be refined into Timber or crafted into Charcoal. You can also use it to place a camp outside a landmark or settlement.

Woodlouse Bait is a type of Fishing Bait that increases the chances of catching better fish in freshwater.
