You cannot transfer save data from the Open Beta to the Full Release. All player progress will be wiped when the Open Beta ends on September 12.

The island of Aeternum is vast and filled with all sorts of enemies, quests, and secrets. Prepare for the game's launch by familiarizing yourself with the locations through traversing the land and exploring far locales during the Open Beta.

Play Through Expeditions

Expeditions are dungeons that can be found in Aeternum. Three to five-man parties will be challenged by exceedingly difficult enemies and must survive to attain significant rewards. This is one of the highlights in New World so make sure you play through at least one to get the full experience.

Join a Faction

Factions are organizations that fight for control over Aeternum. Each player will eventually be required to join a side. Once you've joined a Faction, try to take part in Wars for Territories. These are large-scale battles between factions and one of the most exciting mechanics in the game.
