Blightroot Locations

Blightroot
Blightroot looks like a dead plant with withered leaves coming from the top. It can be differentiated from other plants by the noxious looking gas that it expels.

You can mostly find these plants at abandoned settlements crawling with blight enemies or in forests. See the section below to learn all the Blightroot locations.

First Light Blightroot Locations

There are two abandoned settlements nearby the main Settlement. They have quiet a few Blightroots found around the settlement, just be aware of the enemies in the area.

Windsward Blightroot Locations

Windsward has a number Blightroot to the north of the Settlement. These are easy to find and farm without worrying about a bunch of enemies attacking you. There are more Blightroots near the Spirit Shrine to the west.

Everfall Blightroot Locations

Everfall has Blighroots in ruins nearby the main Settlements. These Blightroots are convenient to get to with how close they are to the Settlement.

Monarch's Bluff Blightroot Locations

Monarch's Bluff has most of its Blightroot concentrated in one area. You will have to travel a bit south of the Spirit Shrine located to the east.

Weaver's Fen Blightroot Locations

You can find plenty of Blightroot in Weaver's Fen, particularly the areas north and south of the settlement. We recommend the location west of the North Vega Bridge as it contains the most number of Blightroots in one area and has no enemies nearby.

Cutlass Keys Blightroot Locations

Cutlass Keys will only have a few Blightroot node spawns in the region. We recommend farming them at Flatfish Fishery (just a bit southwest of Cutlass Keys Hamlet) as the southern location is inside a Level 40 Elite Area. Exercise caution when gathering in Flatfish Fishery as it is filled with Lost enemies and damage-resistant crocodiles.

Brightwood Blightroot Locations

Brightwood has Blightroots located mostly in landmarks. We recommend farming near Chancellor's Torment, a Level 27 landmark, as it contains the most number of Bligthroots within proximity.

Blightroot Extracted Resources

The table below shows the available resources that you can obtain from Blightroot.

Death Motes are raw materials you can use at an Arcane Repository or Workshop as crafting material to create trophies, potions, tinctures, and proficiency boosters. They can also be refined at a Stonecutting Table to make cut gemstones.

Blightroot Stems, Leaves, and Flowers are all used to craft potions in the Arcane Repository
