This build uses the DPS of the Spear and combines it with the crowd control skills of the War Hammer. The War Hammer also makes up for Spear's lack of multi-target attacks.
Using War Hammer's Shockwave or Clear Out is one way to help you deal against groups of enemies when fighting in the open world or Outpost Rush due to its CC. This will allow you to combo with your Spear using Sweep, making them unable to act against you.
Combine it with Armor Breaker, and they'll be inflicted with Rend, letting you deal more damage as you do your combo with Spear. If they aren't dead yet, you'll have the option to finish them off as they run away using Javelin or Perforate.

This build playstyle focuses on using the Bow as a support weapon to wear your opponents down as they approach you before finishing them off with the Spear's burst damage.
You want to distance yourself far away from your opponent and kite using the Bow. Make sure to hit them with Splinter Shot or Rapid Shot as they approach you. If they're in a group, Use Penetrating Shot to get as many enemies as possible.
Once they're near you, their health should be low enough for one Javelin skill, as long as you land your shots. If they're still alive, then a good Sweep should knock them down for you to combo with a Vault Kick or a few Heavy attacks.

This build uses the huge single target potential of the Spear and the Rapier. The Rapier will be your opening weapon and will be used to deal damage and apply bleed, then follow up with the Spear's strong single target damage and disables.
The Spear is going to be used as DPS and crowd control to follow up after dealing damage with the Rapier. Your Perforate is going to be your main source of damage with the Spear. dealing tons of damage and staggering. Sweep is used if you need to create some space for yourself or to secure a kill when an enemy tries to getaway. Finally, Vault Kick is going to be another move to make sure you can secure your kills as it's great for chasing and closing gaps.
The Rapier will be the opening weapon, focusing on dealing damage and applying bleeding, which both the Rapier and Spear benefit from with the passive skills. Tondo is a great move to open with especially how it can deal more damage farther away and causes bleed. Flourish and Finish is another move you will be using to stack even more bleeding. Fleche will not add to your bleeding stacks but is a great gap closer or finisher if you need to get in close quickly.
