How to Get Legendary Weapons

Legendary Weapons can be Crafted

Legendary weapons can be player-crafted, provided you have high enough levels in your crafting trade skills. On top of this demanding requirement, legendary weapons will need very rare and high-tier crafting materials that are usually only gathered from end game areas and expeditions.

However, the pain is worth it as these are the only weapons that have the most number of perks possible, while also sporting a gem slot. On top of three, very buffed perks, the gemslot will often sport a damage modifier and, sometimes, even be empty to allow you to customize the weapon to your liking.
