Boulder is a Mining resource node that requires the Pickaxe to harvest. With the tool equipped, walk up to the resource node and press the E key to gather and add it to your inventory.

On Forests, Grasslands, and Highlands

New World - Boulder Resource Node

Boulders can be found all around the forests, grasslands, and highlands of Aeternum. They may also be found alongside Iron Veins.
