How to Get Chemist

Unlock Chemist at Intelligence 7

Chemist is on Intelligence Level 7

The Chemist perk is unlocked when your Intelligence is at Level 7. You can start at this level by assigning 7 points to Intelligence during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Intelligence 7, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
