How to Get Nerd Rage

Unlock Nerd Rage at Intelligence 10

Nerd Rage is on Intelligence Level 10

The Nerd Rage perk is unlocked when your Intelligence is at Level 10. You can start at this level by assigning 10 points to Intelligence during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Intelligence 10, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
