Obtained from Halsin's Table

An Illithid Parasite can be obtained from Halsin's table in his room at Druid Grove.

Obtained by Killing Nere

Another Illithid Parasite can also be obtained by killing Nere.

Obtained by Killing the Three Goblin Leaders

Each Goblin Leader possesses an Illithid Parasite that can be obtained by killing them.

Take from Dwarf Corpse in Blighted Village

Interact with the dwarf corpse east of Blighted Village and don't resist once the parasite attempts to take over.

Kill Minthara to Get a True Soul Parasite

You can obtain a True Soul parasite after killing Minthara along Emerald Grove.

Parasites that Unlock Illithid Powers When Consumed

Illithid Parasites, also referred to as tadpoles or parasites in-game, are specimen that unlocks hidden Illithid Powers when consumed by companions that are willing to eat them.

Every Illithid Parasite consumed by a companion will have their Illithid Power skill tree expanded, allowing them to train for more skills down the line.
