Digital Deluxe Edition

Baldur's Gate 3 will be available for preload starting on August 31, 2023 at 16:00 UTC only for players who pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition. An early access will also be available on September 2, 2023, four days prior to the official release.

Pre-Order Bonuses and How to Get Them

Standard Edition

For players who pre-ordered the standard edition, preload will be available on September 4, 2023 at 16:00 UTC. Given how close it is to the official release date of September 6, 2023, standard edition players will not get an early access of the game.

Head to the PlayStation Store Look for the Baldur's Gate III Press Open for Download Wait for the Official Release

Head to the PlayStation Store

To preload Baldur's Gate 3, go to the PlayStation Store. You can also visit the official PlayStation Store website to preload.

Look for the Baldur's Gate III

Go to the search bar and enter Baldur's Gate III. Look for the version you pre-ordered to start preloading.

Press Open for Download

Tap on the Open for Download button to preload the game. At the time of writing, no official information has been released regarding the download size, but make sure to have enough space to accommodate it.

Wait for the Official Release

Once you have successfully preloaded the game, all that is left to do now is wait for the official release date of the game. Baldur's Gate 3 will be officilaly available on September 6, 2023 at 16:00 UTC for PS5 players.
