The Noblestalk is a mushroom that you can find in a cavern near the Myconid Colony in Baldur's Gate 3 (BG3). Read on to learn the where the Noblestalk's location is, how to get it, and all possible uses of the Noblestalk!

Noblestalk Location
Cavern Near Myconid Colony
The Noblestalk can be found in a cavern northwest of the Myconid Colony in the Underdark. It will be on a rocky wall on the far eastern side of the cave surrounded by exploding Bibberbangs.
How to Get the Noblestalk

Jump on the Rock Ledges to Circle Around
To avoid the Bibberbangs, jump on top of the rock ledge to the left of the cave, and keep hopping from one ledge to another until you circle around to the eastern section of the cavern.
Hop down on the last ledge then interact with the Noblestalk to get it.
Requires High Strength to Jump Over
You'll need to have a high Strength ability score in order to jump over one of the rock ledges as it seems to be higher than the others.
If you can't jump over it, you can simply use a teleportation spell to get on top of it.
Use Mage Hand Spell
The quickest way to retrieve the Noblestalk is to use the Mage Hand spell. Drag it towards your location and be careful not to throw it or it will be destroyed.

What is the Noblestalk?
Restores a Fragment of Shadowheart's Memories
Consuming the Noblestalk will cure ailments including memory loss, thus asking Shadowheart to eat it will cure her of her amnesia and restore a bit of her memories that were previously wiped.
She remembers to have a tiefling friend named Rennald and that he may still be in Baldur's Gate.
This in turn, progresses the Daughter of Darkness companion quest as it reveals a bit of backstory to her.

After you complete the Find the Mushroom Picker quest and talk to Derryth Bonecloak, she'll reveal that her husband went out to the cavern to look for a Noblestalk in hopes of selling it at their shop at Baldur's Gate, as the locals find the mushroom extremely valuable.
