    No, it Daylight (like in D&D) does not provide effects of sunlight to enemies/creatures (so no, vampires will NOT be killed) but DOES affect any creatures with dark/dim vision, such as the dwarves found in the Underdark (really, most Underdark creatures should be affected negatively)

    I just tried right now, and it doesn't look like it does, which I think it should. I may be wrong, but I thought the reason Daylight is a level 3 spell is because creatures are affected as if it was sunlight. If not, then it's just the Light cantrip with more range. If the game *does* add a debuff to creatures with Sunlight Sensitivity, it isn't letting you know.
