The ingredients listed above are needed to cook the Seaweed salad. Make sure to note of any ingredients that may result in other food.

You need to use a Chopping Board to cook any type of Salad. You also need to put the Chopping Board on a table in order to for it to be made. Cooking can be unlocked during the request where you save Chef Dente at Rocky Ridges.
The Seaweed salad can be gifted to the Pokemon listed above since they have a preference for Bitter Food. Giving Pokemon their favorite flavor of food will significantly increase their Comfort Level.

Eating Seaweed Salad will increase the potency of Leafage. This will let you grow more tiles of tall grass, grow moss on rock blocks, and grow duckweed on water tiles.
