Raw Material Cost 80

You can purchase the Tuff Stuff (Oatchi) from Russ at the Lab for 80 Raw Materials once you reach a total of 3200 Sparklium.

The Tuff Stuff (Oatchi) is automatically equipped to Oatchi once you purchase it. You can unequip it at any time by pressing + for the Tablet Menu, going to Gear and Skills, and then selecting Pup Gear.
