Use After a Monolith Boss Fight

Once Human - Monolith Boss Reward Control or Eliminate

Controllers are used when claiming rewards after defeating a Monolith Boss. A prompt will appear that asks players to choose between using a Controller for maximum rewards, or settling for less rewards without using one.

To use the Controller, approach the Reward vessel and interact with it, then press and hold the F key.

Complete V's Commissions

Once Human - V

Players can get Controllers as a reward for completing V's Commissions, which are tasks that are unlocked weekly as the season progresses.

Participate in Public Crisis Events

Once Human - Paradise Lost Public Crisis Event in Map

Public Crisis Events can also provide players with Controllers as a reward for their participation. These events appear with a notification in the bottom-left corner of the World Map screen, along with an icon on the map.

Players can see the rewards for joining the event when hovering over its icon on the map, and these rewards can include Controllers.
