Dropped by Rainfall Reapers

The Rain Man deviant has a chance to drop from Rainfall Reapers. Rainfall Reapers can be found in Harborside (5956, -7021) and Sutherland Chemical Plant (4950, -6255).

The Rain Man is not a guaranteed drop so it may take you multiple attempts before getting one!

How to Respawn Rainfall Reapers

You can make Rainfall Reapers and other enemies respawn by logging out, waiting for a minute or two, and then log back in. Just make sure you log out at a safe area!

Alternatively, you can teleport to other areas or change worlds, but this method uses Energy Links and you'll have to deal with cooldowns.

This Deviant prefers colder areas. This can easily be done by placing its Securement Unit near a Fridge. The Fridge can be unlocked through Refrigeration under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle.
