The By the Wind deviant is obtained by opening Stardust's Advent III crates, which are earned as a reward by achieving at least 1000 points in Prime Wars in any difficulty.

Note: This is not a guaranteed drop so you may have to make multiple attempts to get one!

To use By the Wind, you'll first need to place it in a Securement Unit. Try to fulfill its preferred environment to maximize its Power and Mood.

How to Get and Use Isolated Securement Unit

Sync By the Wind to Your Cradle

After placing By the Wind in a Securement Unit, you'll need to sync it to your Cradle in order to use it in combat. You can do so by interacting with the Securement Unit and pressing the F key.

Use Gravity Lift for Mobility

By the Wind is a combat deviant with the Gravity Lift ability that springs you up in the air for a short period of time. Use this to reach high places that you aren't normally able to. It can even be used to reposition in PvP scenarios where you can glide away to safety!
