In the Way of Winter Scenario, Polar Jelly can be found by chance from Riddle Spot Loot Crates encased in ice. Defrost the ice crystal with a Molotov to reveal the Riddle Spot Loot Crate. In it, there is a chance to find a Polar Jelly.

The Polar Jelly deviant is obtained by completing a round of Cargo Scramble, which is an overworld event that occurs randomly.
Note: This is not a guaranteed drop so you may have to make multiple attempts to get one!

In Deviation: Survive, Capture, and Preserve scenario, you can find the Polar Jelly scattered throughout Vena Fjord.

These are these specific Deviation's preferences to speed up its Deviant Power and Mood regeneration. Make sure to put its Securement Unit in a location with the proper environment for maximum efficiency.

You can obtain the corresponding Circular Lights for your Deviations by building them via the Furniture Menu. These can be unlocked through Basic Furniture II under Building in your Memetics Cradle.

You need to wire your Deviations' Securement Unit to a nearby Power Facility that can supply the proper amount of Watts. Electricity can be unlocked under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle, you can start with a Solar Generator.

This Deviation prefers colder areas. This can easily be done by placing its Securement Unit near a Fridge. The Fridge can be unlocked through Refrigeration under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle.

To use Polar Jelly, you'll first need to place it in a Securement Unit. Try to fulfill its preferred environment to maximize its Power and Mood.
How to Get and Use Isolated Securement Unit

Combat Deviants like Polar Jelly can be used to fight alongside you in battle either offensively or defensively to help you take down enemies. Make sure it is synced to your Cradle first so it can help you out in battles!

In battle, pressing the E Key will pull up a menu wherein you can choose which action they will take, you can either use one of its two skills or have it return to your cradle.
By using Frostlash and aiming the Polar Jelly to a nearby enemy, it will suck in enemies around it and deal AoE Frost DMG to enemies until it is defeated or it runs out of Deviant Power.
Alternatively, using Auto Attack will deploy the Polar Jelly to your location do the same thing as Frostlash but will also increase any Frost DMG dealt, along with creating Ice Spikes when a Frost Vertex is formed inside its AoE.
