In the Way of Winter Scenario, Polar Jelly can be found by chance from Riddle Spot Loot Crates encased in ice. Defrost the ice crystal with a Molotov to reveal the Riddle Spot Loot Crate. In it, there is a chance to find a Polar Jelly.

The Polar Jelly deviant is obtained by completing a round of Cargo Scramble, which is an overworld event that occurs randomly.

You can obtain the corresponding Circular Lights for your Deviations by building them via the Furniture Menu. These can be unlocked through Basic Furniture II under Building in your Memetics Cradle.

How to Supply Electricity

Once Human - Solar Generator in the Build Menu
You need to wire your Deviations' Securement Unit to a nearby Power Facility that can supply the proper amount of Watts. Electricity can be unlocked under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle, you can start with a Solar Generator.

This Deviation prefers colder areas. This can easily be done by placing its Securement Unit near a Fridge. The Fridge can be unlocked through Refrigeration under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle.

To use Polar Jelly, you'll first need to place it in a Securement Unit. Try to fulfill its preferred environment to maximize its Power and Mood.

Sync Polar Jelly to Your Cradle

Once Human - Sync to Cradle
Combat Deviants like Polar Jelly can be used to fight alongside you in battle either offensively or defensively to help you take down enemies. Make sure it is synced to your Cradle first so it can help you out in battles!

Press E to Use Your Deviant's Skills!

Once Human - Collectible Anomalies that Provides Aid
In battle, pressing the E Key will pull up a menu wherein you can choose which action they will take, you can either use one of its two skills or have it return to your cradle.

Freeze and Group Enemies in Place

By using Frostlash and aiming the Polar Jelly to a nearby enemy, it will suck in enemies around it and deal AoE Frost DMG to enemies until it is defeated or it runs out of Deviant Power.

Increase Frost Damage Dealt to Enemies

Alternatively, using Auto Attack will deploy the Polar Jelly to your location do the same thing as Frostlash but will also increase any Frost DMG dealt, along with creating Ice Spikes when a Frost Vertex is formed inside its AoE.

Deviation Skills
Frostlash Upon being thrown, it knocks back enemies nearby the target and forms a new fortification.
Auto Attack Continuously deal Frost Status DMG to surrounding enemies and force them to move toward you. Increases Frost DMG received by surrounding targets by 31.5%. If Frost Vertexes are formed inside the radius, create additional Ice Spikes.

Deviation: SCP Techniques

These are the Psi-Skills, possible starting Techniques, and Innate abilities this Deviation gains in the Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve scenario. Note that these skills are exclusive to Deviation: SCP.

Psi-Skill

Low-Temperature Smoke
Releasing freezing mist for 10s, dealing 100.6% SP. ATK DMG over time to enemies within the mist and causing them to lose their target. Consumes 450 Psi Energy.

Psi-Skills are your deviation’s ultimate abilities. They have long cooldowns and can only be used after a short delay. Used right, they can turn the tide of battle!

Techniques

Technique Description
Cryo Bullet Fires an Ice Spike, dealing SP. ATK DMG
Frost Vortex Creates a Frost Vortex at the target location, lasting for 5s, dealing SP. ATK DMG per hit to enemies within range.
Ice Crystal Ambush Creates an ice crystal under the target, dealing SP. ATK DMG. After a brief delay, the crystal explodes, dealing SP. ATK DMG and knocking back enemies in range.
Group Elemental Overload Increases nearby allies' SP.ATK DMG for 8s.
Emergency Shield Selects an allied unit and grant them a shield based on their Max HP for 8s.
Frost Satellite Summons five ice crystal turrets that fire after 3s, dealing SP. ATK DMG.

These are techniques that you can learn through deviation fusions. Some deviations you capture may have these as starting techniques.

Passive

Frozen Heart
Dealing damage has a 20% chance to freeze the target for 0.5s. Cooldown: 5s.

A passive is a constant effect that automatically benefits your Deviation without needing to be activated.
