This Mystical Crate can be found on top of a building near an air conditioning vent. To get to this, you can spawn your motorcycle and use it to climb to the roof of the building. Alternatively you can use the stairs at the far end, then jump on the rooftops.

Shrapnel - Upon hitting an enemy with a bullet, deal Weapon DMG of 50% Attack to a random unhit part.
The element type is the same as the weapon's element. The additional damage can Crit, strike Weakpoints, and will decay with distance.
Actual Factor = 50% x (1 + Shrapnel DMG Factor Bonus) x (1 + Shrapnel Final DMG Bonus).
