Rank 1 of Aquaboy or Aquagirl allows you to take no damage from radiation and breathe underwater indefinitely. It is helpful when crossing paths filled with water or if you want to explore the water itself.

How to Get Aquaboy / Aquagirl

Unlock Aquaboy / Aquagirl at Endurance 5

Aquaboy / Aquagirl is on Endurance Level 5

The Aquaboy / Aquagirl perk is unlocked when your Endurance is at Level 5. You can start at this level by assigning 5 points to Endurance during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Endurance 5, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
