Good For Players Always Using Chems

Chems or chemicals are consumable items that give different buffs in exchange for side effects when ingesting them. You can gain resistance or complete immunity to that side effect with the Chem Resistant perk.

If you don't plan on consuming them, it's best to save your points on other perks instead of getting Chem Resistant!

Rank 1 - You're 50 percent less likely to get addicted when consuming chems.
Rank 2 22 You gain complete immunity to chem addiction.

How to Get Chem Resistant

Unlock Chem Resistant at Endurance 4

Fallout 4 Chem Resistant Perk
Chem Resistant is on Endurance Level 4

The Chem Resistant perk is unlocked when your Endurance is at Level 4. You can start at this level by assigning 4 points to Endurance during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Endurance 4, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
