Is Sneak Worth It?

Only For Stealth Build Playthroughs

Sneak is a great perk to get if you plan on going with a stealth playstyle for your playthrough, as each rank of this perk makes you harder to detect by enemies while sneaking.

Otherwise, if you don't plan on sneaking around for the majority of the playthrough, you can skip this perk since majority of the enemies can be dealt with anyway through the use of firearms or melee weapons.

How to Get Sneak

Unlock Sneak at Agility 3

Sneak is on Agility Level 3

The Sneak perk is unlocked when your Agility is at Level 3. You can start at this level by assigning 3 points to Agility during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Agility 3, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
