Moving Target is an Agility Perk in Fallout 4 (FO4). Learn if Moving Target is worth it, Moving Target's ID and ranks, as well as how to get and unlock Moving Target.
List of Contents
Moving Target is only worth picking up if you play aggressively, since this perk provides damage and energy resistance while sprinting. You will benefit a lot when charging towards your enemies, as you won't get killed easily. It also reduces the amount of Action Points consumed when sprinting, so you can run for longer periods.

Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.
After getting to Agility 6, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
