Gunslinger Ranks

Rank Required Lvl. Description
Rank 1 - Nonautomatic pistols do 20 percent more damage.
Rank 2 7 Nonautomatic pistols now do 40 percent more damage and have increased range.
Rank 3 15 Nonautomatic pistols now do 60 percent more damage, and range is increased even farther.
Rank 4 27 Nonautomatic pistols now do 80 percent more damage, and their attacks can disarm opponents.
Rank 5 42 Nonautomatic pistols now do double damage. Their attacks have a much better chance to disarm opponents and may even cripple a limb.

How to Get Gunslinger

Unlock Gunslinger at Agility 1

Fallout 4 Gunslinger Perk
Gunslinger is on Agility Level 1

The Gunslinger perk is unlocked when your Agility is at Level 1. You can start at this level by assigning 1 point to Agility during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Agility 1, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
