How to Get Night Person

Unlock Night Person at Perception 6

Night Person is on Perception Level 6

The Night Person perk is unlocked when your Perception is at Level 6. You can start at this level by assigning 6 points to Perception during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Perception 6, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
