Bio-Thresher Omega is located in Lakeside Properties, Fades District in Dominion. Bio-Thresher Omega appears as a boss encounter in the side mission, One Slimy Issue. Keep in mind that you must first complete the One Gassy Issue side mission before One Slimy Issue becomes available.
Bio-Thresher Omega can also be repeatedly farmed after you complete One Slimy Issue. Return to the location after the side mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.

Bio-Thresher Omega starts the fight immune and will periodically regain immunity after taking damage. Grapple one of the Locust Containers found on the north, east, or west edges of the arena and throw it at the boss to make it vulnerable to damage.
Bio-Thresher Omega has two health bars. Use Corrosive weapons to shred its armor bar first, then switch to Incendiary weapons to burn through its flesh bar effectively.
Bio-Thresher Omega's weak point is its head. Focus your fire there whenever possible to deal significantly increased damage.
