Found in Whistler's Maw Abandoned Auger Mine
Shadowpelt is an optional boss encounter located in Whistler's Maw Abandoned Auger Mine, Cuspid Climb in Terminus Range. Abandoned Auger Mines becomes accessible after completing the Shadow of the Mountain Main Mission.
Shadowpelt can also be repeatedly farmed after defeating it. Return to the location after the main mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.

Destroy Shield Quickly to Remove Invisibility
Shadowpelt turns invisible when its shield is active. Prioritize destroying the shield quickly with Shock damage to reveal it. After taking damage, Shadowpelt will reactivate its shield and turn invisible again, so be ready to destroy it multiple times, as fighting Shadowpelt while invisible can be difficult.
Keep Distance From Projectiles
Shadowpelt fires multiple projectiles that land with an AOE blast. These explosions deal heavy damage if you remain near the impact zones, so keep moving and maintain distance.
