Found in Elpis Orbital Shatterfield
Moon-Maddened Callis is located in Elpis Orbital Shatterfield, Fallen Crown in Carcadia Burn. Moon-Maddened Callis appears as a boss encounter in the main mission, Another Day, Another Universe.
Moon-Maddened Callis can also be repeatedly farmed after you complete Another Day, Another Universe. Return to the location after the main mission. Once in Elpis Orbital Shatterfield, head southeast to the portal that leads to her boss arena. Once inside, spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance to re-farm it.

Use Corrosive and Incendiary Weapons
Moon-Maddened Callis starts with an armor bar, which takes increased damage from Corrosive weapons. Once the armor is broken, her second bar is flesh, which is highly vulnerable to Incendiary damage.
Jump Over Fire Waves
Moon-Maddened Callis unleashes fire waves that travel across the arena and deal heavy damage on contact. Time your jumps to avoid taking damage.
Eliminate Enemies While Immune
After depleting her armor, Moon-Maddened Callis becomes immune to damage and will summon red constructs that slow and damage you if touched. Use this time to clear out enemies to prevent you from getting overwhelmed once she becomes vulnerable again.
