Talk to Iris at Coastal Bonescape

Borderlands 4 - Hangover Helper Location

To start Hangover Helper, go to Coastal Bonescape and talk to a woman named Iris at a settlement by the river.

Find Ole Shammy

# Walkthrough
1 Talk to Iris at Coastal Bonescape.

Ole Sammy
Go east from the settlement where you will find a shack below a cliffside. Enter Shammy's Shack and talk to Ole Shammy.

Gather Fruit at the Cliffs

# Walkthrough
1 After talking to Ole Shammy, head for the cliffs marked on the map. Upon approaching, you will see a rocky cliffside.

At the cliffside, grab 4 fruit hanging on branches with your grappling hook. You may eliminate all kratches to complete the optional objective.
3 When you have fetched all fruit, return to Ole Shammy.
4 At Ole Shammy’s shack, place the fruits in the stomping tub and remove the seeds by performing a ground slam.

Borderlands 4 - Geyser
Next, run east to find a geyser. The geyser will be found in an enclosure by a worn-down shack. Do a ground slam to crack it open and retrieve a red geyser nugget once it bursts.
6 Go back to Ole Shammy’s shack and place the red geyser nugget in the fruit in the stomping tub.

Get Mangler Scent Glands

Borderlands 4 - Get Mangler Scent Glands
Go southwest from the shack to retrieve 9 mangler scent glands. At a field by water, you will see manglers. Kill the manglers to fetch their scent glands as drops.
2 Return again to Ole Shammy’s shack and put the scent glands in the fruit.

De-Spike the Beer Supply

Go east to find an area with non-hostile rippers.

Borderlands 4 - Tower with Tank
De-spike the beer supply by standing on top of the tank on the tower and depositing the fruit. You could also throw it from the ground.
3 Drop down and gather the partygoers by interacting with the microphone stand on the stage. Doing so will cause the rippers to gather beneath the tank.

Borderlands 4 - Shoot Keg
With the rippers gathered below, and with Ole Shammy’s signal, shoot the keg.
5 Finally, kill all the rippers to clear the side mission.
