Found in Tendercage Ripper Drill Site
Pango and Bango is located in Tendercage Ripper Drill Site, Lopside in Carcadia Burn. These bosses can be repeatedly farmed by spending cash at Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena.

Use Incendiary Weapons
Pango and Bango both have flesh bar which makes Incendiary weapons the best choice to deal significant damage.
Destroy Mounted Turrets First
Both bosses start the fight equipped with mounted turrets on their backs. Take these out as early as possible, since their rapid projectiles can easily overwhelm you, especially when combined with other enemies shooting from the arena.
Eliminate Enemies to Reduce Pressure
Once their turrets are destroyed, Pango and Bango become less dangerous as long as you keep your distance. Prioritize clearing out the additional enemies in the arena to reduce incoming fire, allowing you to focus on finishing off the bosses.
