How to Get Triple Bypass
Has a Chance to Drop from Backhive in The Claim
The Triple Bypass repkit has a chance to drop from Backhive after defeating it in The Claim. This Abandoned Auger Mine is located at the Dissected Plateau of the Fadefields. To unlock these mines, you'll first need to complete the main mission, Shadow of the Mountain.
If the Triple Bypass doesn't drop, you can use Moxxi's Big Encore just outside of the boss arena to make Backhive spawn again. Note that the encore costs Cash and the cost will increase the more you level up.
Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources
Aside from farming Backhive, the Triple Bypass also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.
