This is a walkthrough for the Mob Mentality side mission in Borderlands 4. Read on to follow the objectives and clear the mission, as well as how to find another way in The Boss's office.

You need to complete the Shadow of the Mountain main mission first before unlocking Mob Mentality.
Once unlocked, you can start the side mission by interacting with the ECHO Log inside Belter's Bore near the vending machines. The ECHO Log has a dragon hologram on top.

| 1 | ![]() Head northwest to reach The Pit, located west of The Low Leys. |
| 2 | ![]() Enter The Pit and turn right to The Boss's office. Numba One will be blocking the path. |
| 3 | To reach The Boss's office, head to the bar, order Numba One's drink, and give it to him so he steps aside from the doorway. You can also find another way in The Boss's office by going upstairs to the balcony and glide to the office. |

| 1 | ![]() Head southeast to the Thirst Scrap and kill the manglers in the area. |
| 2 | ![]() After killing the manglers, enter the building to the north and talk to Pickett. |
| 3 | ![]() Go outside and you'll find a grapple point to your left. Climb up the ledge using your grappling hook and glide to the platform in front of the building. |
| 4 | ![]() Look down from the platform and grab the battery with your grappling hook. Place it on the mechanism near the powered line to open the door to the back room. |
| 5 | Enter the back room and talk to Pickett again. He will ask you to go to the dead drop site. |

| 1 | ![]() Head southwest to the Gilded Drop and clear the area of creeps. |
| 2 | ![]() Go to the platform with a small red tower in the center. The dead drop is inside a porta potty. Take the mask. |
| 3 | Return to The Pit and kill the rippers ambushing the outside. |
| 4 | ![]() Enter The Pit and kill the remaining rippers, as well as Numba One. |
| 5 | Once it's clear, talk to The Boss and hand over the mask to complete the mission. |
