The Foundry Freaks (Frank the Furnace, Hank the Welder, and Sal the Engineer) are located in The Pitted Stain Ripper Drill Site, Idolator's Noose in Fadefields. These bosses can be repeatedly farmed by spending cash at Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena.

You'll have to kill a lot of rippers before the three bosses appear. Due to this, bringing an Incendiary weapon is highly recommended as this element is their weakness.
Once the bosses appear, they will have 2 health bars- a yellow and a red bar. To destroy their yellow health bar quickly, use a Corrossive weapon.
Elemental Weakness Chart and Damage Guide
All three bosses use a short ranged flame attack and a series of melee attacks. Try to keep your distance by using different movement mechanics as they chase you around the arena!
While the three of them will spawn at the same time, Frank the Furnace will relatively stay far away from you. Use this advantage to focus on hitting one boss first to make the fight less chaotic!

Spare some Rippers in the area to use them for second wind. This fight is long and can be battle of attrition, so saving a weak enemy to quickly revive can help you survive!
