Chance Drop from Genone in The Yawning Yard
The Oscar Mike has a chance to be dropped by Genone in The Yawning Yard which is located in the Lopside, Cascadia Burn. Genone appears as a boss encounter in the side mission, Fault Hunting.
Genone can be rematched from a Moxxi Big Encore Machine after clearing the Fault Hunting side mission.
Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources
Aside from farming Genone, the Oscar Mike also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.

Anonymous 2 monthsI have gotten space laser and the grenade variant to drop in about 20 runs. Curious is there a dedicated elemental type for each? I got radiation on laser and incinerate for grenade

I have farmed Gonen like 25 times and not gotten a single Oscar Mike drop. I'm wondering how many the average is to get it. I got the G.M.R. from DrillerHole the first drop. Oscar Mike is clearly a more rare drop.
