This is a walkthrough for the No-Escape Room side mission in Borderlands 4. Follow this guide to find out how to solve the puzzles in each room.

How to Unlock No-Escape Room
Complete Main Mission The Falling Wall
To start No-Escape Room, you must have finished the main mission The Falling Wall.
Once finished, go to Terminus District and enter a tunnel with purple lighting and posters on the wall. Interact with the button to trigger the side mission.
No-Escape Room Walkthrough
Escape the No-Escape Room

| 1 | Interact with the button to the No-Escape Room. The floor below you will open, dropping you into the first room. |
| 2 |  Before you, you will see three doors with different colors: red, blue, and yellow. You must pick the correct door to proceed to the next test. Upon closer inspection, you will notice that only the yellow door has no bloodstains and corpses. Choosing this door is the correct one. |
| 3 |  Next, you will find a room with five boxes. You must open the boxes in the correct order to eventually obtain the access card. Look around the area for wooden boards with clues. The order of opening the boxes is as follows: 1. Flower 2. Bird 3. Monster 4. Triangle 5. Eye |
| 4 | Obtain the access card from the last box to unlock the door to the next room. |
| 5 |   Enter the next room to find yourself in a maze. The trick to finding your way out is to simply follow the direction of the carrot tips on the ground. |
| 6 |  At the end of the maze, shoot the wooden boards to reach the exit. |
| 7 |  When you are prompted to take the exit in front of you, the floor will open again, dropping you into a trap. |
| 8 |  The pipes will fill the trap with toxic fumes. Facing the Smiley Man, turn right and look up to see a vent. Open the vent with your grappling hook and shoot the mechanism to power down the force field. |
| 9 | After confronting the Smiley Man, he will walk into a red-lit corridor, where he will be burned to death. |
| 10 |  Make your escape to the door on the left. Leave through the elevator and jump down from the hole back to Terminus District to finish the side mission. |
