Vend of the Line Multiplayer Bug
A reward from the Vend of the Line side mission is a one-time use Vending Machine that sells Legendary weapons for $1. However, if you are playing co-op, only one player can get a Legendary weapon from the Vending Machine.
Though the mission will still be considered complete, the other players will miss out on a free Legendary weapon. There is still no fix for this bug, so complete this quest alone to secure the reward.
Vend of the Line Sell All Bug
Another bug in the Vend of the Line side mission is for selling. If you use the Sell All Filtered function in the Legendary Vending Machine, the machine will count it as a puirchase and disappear. Avoid selling items in bulk to not trigger the machine.
Creep Impact Ores Not Counting
During a Creep Impact World Event, you have to throw ores in ammo chambers to progress the event. Sometimes, thrown ores will not count toward your progress.
PEWPEW Boss Fight Not Working
In the Wayward Gun side mission, the boss, PEWPEW, may suddenly freeze and stop taking damage. To fix this, try meleeing PEWPEW or reloading the game by quiting to main menu.
A Brother in Need Survivor Bug
During the side mission A Brother in Need, you have to speak to a survivor, Meticulous Wilheim, who is inside a cell. You may see him outside his cell, softlocking you from progressing the mission. Reload the game to put him back in his original position.
Null and Void Crane Switch Missing
In this section of the Null and Void faction mission, you need to turn on a crane. There is a bug where the switch will not appear. Reload the game to reset the level.
Mob Mentality Enemies and Door Bug
You may be blocked by an invisible door in the Mob Mentality side mission. Reset your game by exiting the main menu, and the invisible barrier may be gone.
An additional bug is that enemies may clip through the floor. Since you have to defeat all the enemies to proceed, you have to wait until they somehow die or reset the game.
Sage Against the Machine Chest Bug
In the last section of the Sage Against the Machine side mission, you have to open a chest. It may not appear, as it should be on top of a larger chest. Quit to main menu to reload the stage so the chest can re-appear.
Bio-Bulkhead Permanent Locust Bug
The boss in the One Fell Swoop main mission, the Bio-Bulkhead, has a visual bug. Any Locust explosions may remain on the screen, instead of disappearing overtime. Resetting the game by exiting will fix this visual bug.
We encountered this bug in multiplayer, so it may not show up for those playing alone.
Invisible Sludgemaw Bug
During the fight with Sludgemaw in the side mission All Charged Up, it can sometimes appear invisible when emerging from underground. This bug can be resolved by going close to the hole Sludgemaw emerges from, causing it to appear immediately.
List of General Fixes
Quitting to Main Menu Then Continue
Most of these issues can be fixed by quitting the game in the main menu. When you continue, you return to the nearest Active Checkpoint. You may lose some quest progress, but the issue will be fixed.

M about 2 monthsGot my Harlowe lol 50 bit didn't got me lvl achievement, it has bugged 49/50 which means also no other challenges not able to be done. Didn't register one echo log either so it is bugged 155/156. ALSO zeroed-in doesn't seem to count.. .
