Found in The Lambent Mines
Skyspanner Kratch is located in The Lambent Mines, Cuspid Climb in Terminus Range. Skyspanner Kratch appears as a boss encounter in the main mission, Shadow of the Mountain.
Skyspanner Kratch can also be repeatedly farmed after you complete Shadow of the Mountain. Return to the location after the main mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.

Use Incendiary Weapons
Skyspanner Kratch has two flesh bars, making Incendiary weapons the most effective choice for maximizing damage.
Destroy Exploding Balloon Enemies
Skyspanner Kratch will summon balloon-like enemies that explode on contact. They move slowly and can be avoided, but their blasts deal heavy damage, so it’s best to destroy them quickly.
Move Around Using Grapple Points
The arena contains several grapple points. Use them to reposition quickly, gain better vantage points, and dodge Skyspanner Kratch’s sonic wave attacks.
